A row of white dominoes falling, stopped by one amber domino that stays standing

Someone you can count on.

Understands quickly, works independently, thinks proactively.

The wrong help creates more work.

  1. You explain how it works. A week later, you’re starting over.

  2. A question comes in. Everything stops until you answer.

  3. Deadlines slip quietly. And you only find out once it’s too late.

  4. Close enough to look done, not good enough to send.

  5. When nothing moves, it’s faster to just do it yourself.

How AIDEFY started

Hi, I’m Ricardo.

For years I worked side by side with business owners, building teams and fixing what slowed them down. I kept seeing the same thing: the people with the best ideas had the least time to work on them. So we built AIDEFY to give them that time back.

Most owners try to get that time back by hiring help. Too often, the help becomes one more thing to manage: explaining, checking, chasing. So we don’t send you someone to give tasks to. We match you with a person who learns how you work, takes ownership and follows through. Every match has to pass one test: does it take work off your plate, or give you one more person to manage?

And because people change, what they learn is documented, so it stays with your business, not with them.

Today, that team works from across Latin America and Europe.

Co-founder, AIDEFY

Branding

Clearer presence. Stronger trust.

A coffee machine on an office table: a person sets a white mug under the spout, chooses black coffee, presses start and walks away; an X-ray view then shows the machine working by itself inside, a small chip signalling each part in turn as beans are ground, water is heated and coffee runs down into the mug; the casing returns and the person comes back for the full mug Black coffee 0:300:290:280:270:260:250:240:230:220:210:200:190:180:170:160:150:140:130:120:110:100:090:080:070:060:050:040:030:020:010:00
