Stand out. Get chosen.

Have a brand that tells people what you’re worth.

Your work is better than it looks.

Your website looks older than your business.
  1. Your clients know they get quality when they work with you. But most decide from a website, a profile, a proposal.

  2. Your website says one thing, your profile and proposals say another. Nothing feels like it belongs to the same business.

  3. Templates that don’t fit, AI clutter, designers who need weeks of briefing. You end up art-directing your own business.

  4. When nothing sets you apart, price is the only thing left to compete on.

  5. Your brand should be having that conversation for you.

Side by side, you all look the same.

Looks like the one next to it

Chosen, at a higher price

Cheapest wins here

When everything looks the same, people pick the cheapest. A brand gives them a reason to choose you, even at a higher price.

How AIDEFY started

Hi, I’m Ricardo.

For years I worked side by side with business owners, building teams and fixing what slowed them down. I kept seeing the same thing: the people with the best ideas had the least time to work on them. So we built AIDEFY to give them that time back.

Branding is where a lot of that time disappears. Most owners have tried the shortcuts: a template, a freelancer, an AI tool. They end up art-directing their own business, the one job they don’t have time for. So we start with your business, not the logo. Once we understand what makes it worth choosing, we make that visible, without turning every piece into a months-long creative project.

And because a brand only works if it stays consistent, every brand comes with a simple guide, so it holds up long after we hand it over.

Today, our team works from across Latin America and Europe.

Co-founder, AIDEFY

A dark gray plate on a table holds an unfinished pyramid of gray balls, one for each task; a busy person hurriedly adds the last three to complete it and rushes off, but the top gives way and the three new balls tumble down the side, off the plate and off the table, one after another; just in time an assistant slides a soft blue cushion in along the floor and catches all three before they reach the floor, each ball turning a calm green as it lands, and a speech bubble by the assistant says I got you before the assistant carries them away I got you.
