Set it up once. Let it run.

We connect the tools you already use, so the busywork runs itself.

Your business runs on copy and paste.

  1. Copy, paste, switch tabs, repeat. None of it is hard. All of it takes time.

  2. And they don't agree. Nobody knows which one is right until something goes wrong.

  3. And they're out of date by tomorrow, so someone builds them again.

  4. A missed follow-up, a wrong invoice, an email that never went out. Manual work fails quietly.

  5. A spreadsheet here, a reminder there. Every workaround is one more thing to keep running.

Meanwhile, everything else waits.

  1. New client setup: delayed.
  2. Weekly report: delayed.
  3. Follow-up email: missed.
  4. Invoice: on hold.
  5. Your evenings: cancelled.
  6. Your growth: grounded.

More software isn't the answer. The right connections are.

What we take off your plate.

If you do it the same way every time, you shouldn’t be the one doing it.

  • Runs on its own

Between tools that finally talk to each other.

    • Entered once, updated everywhere.Something changes in one place. Every tool knows.
    • Follow-ups that don’t slip.Reminders and emails go out on time, on their own.
    • AI where it helps. It drafts, sorts and summarizes. We check its work.
  • Shows you what’s done

Your numbers, ready when you are.

    • Live dashboards.“How are we doing?” answered in one look.
    • Reports in minutes. What used to take days now takes a couple of clicks.
  • Gives you your time back

For the work only you can do.

    • Your clients, your team, your next big move. That’s where your time goes now.

How AIDEFY started

Hi, I’m Ricardo.

For years I worked side by side with business owners, building teams and fixing what slowed them down. I kept seeing the same thing: the people with the best ideas had the least time to work on them. So we built AIDEFY to give them that time back.

But most owners feel the pressure to keep up with a flood of new tools that change every week. It’s overwhelming. Nobody has the time, energy or peace of mind to learn and apply all of it without putting the business at risk. So we don’t start with a tool. We start with how you work, then decide what to simplify, connect or automate. Every piece has to pass one test: does it free you up, or give you one more thing to look after?

And because a system is only useful if it outlasts whoever built it, everything we build is documented, so it stays with your business.

Today, that team works from across Latin America and Europe.

Co-founder, AIDEFY

A dark gray plate on a table holds an unfinished pyramid of gray balls, one for each task; a busy person hurriedly adds the last three to complete it and rushes off, but the top gives way and the three new balls tumble down the side, off the plate and off the table, one after another; just in time an assistant slides a soft blue cushion in along the floor and catches all three before they reach the floor, each ball turning a calm green as it lands, and a speech bubble by the assistant says I got you before the assistant carries them away I got you.
